Sunrise Cove on Siesta Key is a beautiful waterfront community at the south end of Midnight Pass, directly across the street from Turtle Beach Park. This 155 unit community has four five-story buildings, with each unit offering a direct view of Little Sarasota Bay. Amenities include elevators in each buildings, garbage chute on each floor, two heated pools, four gas grills, two picnic stations, four pickle ball courts, two tennis courts, a full gym, game room with ping pong and billiards, clubhouse with double kitchen that can accommodate 50 guests, 50 kayak racks and kayak launch, 49 boat slips, assigned covered parking, FOB security access to common areas, free laundry facilities on each floor, elevators in each building, handicap accessibility, onsite staff and 24/7 emergency service.

We provide on-site maintenance Monday through Friday. For maintenance emergencies, we have people on standby 24/7 who are just a phone call away. We offer two heated pools on the property: one is a 70-foot lap pool, and the other is a standard 40-foot pool. Our large lap pool features a cabana and gas grills. Picnic tables are available right along the bay to enjoy your lunch while you watch for manatees and dolphins. Our fully remodeled clubhouse boasts dual stoves, dishwashers and microwaves, as well as an 80-inch flat-screen TV. Our events team keeps it exciting with weekly events to make your stay fun. Thirsty Thursdays give you a chance to get to know your fellow paradise seekers while enjoying food and your favorite beverage. Just across from our clubhouse, we have a billiard room to play pool and ping pong while you watch the game. Our fenced-in court area has two tennis courts and four pickle ball courts. Come and join the regulars in the morning round-robin, or reserve the court for your stay. If you choose to stay fit at the gym, we offer a fully remodeled gym with elliptical, exercise bike, treadmill, free weights and full body weight machines. Stop by the community library in the billiard room and take a book on the way to the beach. We have 40 boat slips ranging from 24’ to 45’ long available for rent. Our sunrises are second-to-none. Every morning, we get to see the sky painted in beautiful shades of pink, orange, and red. With all of our units offering a beautiful view of the bay and sunrise, having a bedroom that also features a gorgeous view is an extra bonus. Our property has four individual buildings with just five stories to offer a quieter stay where the view is not compromised. Each floor conveniently has a washer and dryer and an elevator. The property is monitored daily, and unregistered vehicles are towed. Guests who are not registered are asked to leave the property to maintain a high level of security during their stay. Our on-site cleaning company has been with us for 20 years and provides outstanding service to ensure you have a clean and comfortable stay.

Perfectly located on the south end of Midnight Pass, you have all the conveniences of being on the island without the heavy congestion the key can cause. We are the last stop for the Siesta Key Breeze Trolley, which comes every 15 minutes. Not only are you right on the bay, but across the street is Turtle Beach access.
