Sunrise Cove is comprised of 155 condos. Of those, 105 units are two-bedroom condos, 40 units are one-bedroom condos and 10 units are three-bedroom condos. Each unit comes with an enclosed lanai that offers bay views. We have two different layouts for the one-bedroom units, one offers a bay view from the bedroom and is labelled as ‘bayview 1 bedroom’; the second layout is a standard bedroom that is located on the gulf side of the unit and is labelled ‘standard 1 bedroom’. All two and three-bedroom units offer a bedroom with a bayview. All units offer bayviews from the main areas such as lanai, living, dining and kitchen areas. The higher level units offer gulf views from the kitchen and bedroom.
The units were not designed to have washers and dryers, which is why we offer a free laundry room on each floor. Each unit comes with an assigned, covered parking space and Owner’s storage closet separate from the unit. Internet, cable, water and pest control are all included at no additional cost to the condo owner or guest. At Sunrise Cove on Siesta Key we have taken great care to ensure that each unit is fully furnished to create a home away from home that will ensure the best stay possible. Aside from the unit coming fully furnished the following items are left in the unit at check-in:

- Dish sponge
- 2 Dishwasher pods
- Hand soap in each bathroom
